Farm Fresh Meat
From our farm to your table.
Our beef is a mix of Hereford and Angus--genetics that have proven over time to perform on grass and deliver delicious beef. It is raised by a trusted neighbour who has been raising cattle using rotational grazing methods for over 12 years. We have tried and we can't do it as well as he does. This is the beef we eat and if you don't fightover every bite, you might need your tastebuds checked. These calves are weaned just a day or two before they go to the processor, which enables us to give you small quarters that are guaranteed to be tender and moist.
All of our pork is born on our farm. If you've seen the other sections of our website, you know that we raise a variety of breeds and if you'd like to try pork from a certain breed, just ask what we have available. We'll be happy to accommodate you.
Our sheep are born in January and February every year. That means, come Fall, they are the perfect size for roasts, chops, and a leg of lamb. We've been surprised to meet many people that have never tried lamb. All we can say is how much you've missed. Lamb is slightly fattier meat than beef, which makes it even more tender. And it's hard to beat a leg of lamb roasted with a delicious rosemary and sea salt rub!
